Title: Present status of biological reserches on the conservation of Korean vertebrates and the systematic researches on rodent diversity

Abstract:

Z Półwyspu Koreańskiego znanych jest 1 472 gatunków kręgowców (960 ryb, 15 płazów, 29 gadów, 383 ptaków, 85 ssaków); spośród nich 48 to „pomniki przyrodnicze" (4 gatunki ryb, 38 ptaków, 6 ssaków) a 116 to gatunki zagrożone (29 gatunków ryb, 4 gatunki płazów, 8 gadów, 54 ptaki, 21 ssaków). Ministerstwo Ochrony Środowiska objęło ochroną całkowitą 116 gatunków (24 gatunki ryb, 9 płazów, 13 gadów, 50 ptaków, 20 ssaków). Na temat koreańskich kręgowców powstało 946 publikacji (464 - poświęconych rybom; 90 - płazom; 42 - gadom; 194 - ptakom; 156 - ssakom). Tym niemniej, badania nad ochroną zasobów biologicznych są w dalszym ciągu w stadium inicjalnym.
