Abstrakt:158 species of Collembola, among them species rare in Europe are recorded from Roztocze – an upland region in south-eastern Poland and in Western Ukraine. Coexistence of boreal-montane, montane, South-European, North-European and endemic species is the most characteristic feature of the fauna of the region.
