Abstract:

The Halakha is the body of laws (mitzvot, commandments and prohibitions) presented by the Talmud, discovered in, or deduced from the Mosaic Torah, regulating in detail the life and cult of the Jewish believer in the conditions of the permanent diaspora of the Jewish people, and serving the purposes of a self-definition of religious groups scattered, politically dominated, and threatened with erosion. The Halakha regulations contain a group of seven Noahide laws, which were supposed to control relations between the Jews and the infidels in the case of a historical domination of the Jews. During the twentieth century these laws became the object of lively interest in reborn Israel.
