Abstract:The author, through the analysis of a case study, examines the issue of building and evolving identity under the influence of migration and cultural variation. Throughout the biographic method employed, he presents the Tibetan artist, Gonkar Gyatso and his works, showcasing how his approach to his own identity has changed over the years
