The plants of nine daylily cultivars propagated in vitro for the period of one to five years and grown outdoors in the years 2002 to 2007 were used in the study. The somaclonal variants occurred within the micropropagated plants of the five genotypes. The somaclones differed from the true-to-type plants in terms of colour and shape of the flowers. Depending on the genotype, the frequency of somaclonal variation (SV) ranged from 1.4% to 100%. The RAPD and ISSR analyses of the selected somaclones confirmed the polymorphism between true-to-type plants and somaclones on the level of DNA.}, title={Somaclonal variation in micropropagated Hemerocallis sp. plants determined by phenotype and molecular markers, RAPD and ISSR}, type={Text}, URL={http://rcin.org.pl/ichb/Content/71605/PDF/POZN271_93865_biotechnologia-2010-no2-podwyszynska.pdf}, keywords={biotechnology}, }
