Abstract:

Artykuł recenzuje książkę Jak kwitnące drzewo. Florencja średniowieczna i renesansowa autorstwa Silvii Diacciati, Enrica Fainiego, Lorenza Tanziniego i Sergia Tognettiego. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na wyzwania związane z tłumaczeniem książki na język polski, w tym problemy lingwistyczne i terminologiczne. Omówiono także konsekwencje decyzji tłumaczeniowych dla wierności oryginałowi oraz ich zgodność z terminologią stosowaną w badaniach mediewistycznych.
