Description:

Muscle segment examination in light microscopy

Subject and Keywords:

Dystrophy - facial-scopulo-brachial

Abstract:

Diagnosis: Facial- scopulo-brachial dystrophy. In the collected specimen, the vast majority of muscle fibers have the correct structure and diameter. Among these fibers are visible individual fibers smaller but also with the correct structure. The division of fibers into metabolic types is preserved properly with well-preserved activity of dehydrogenases and ATP-az with a slight increase in the amount of connective tissue in perimysium. Conclusions: the image of the slice is still within the normal range.

W pobranym wycinku ogromna większość włókien mięśniowych wykazuje prawidłową strukturę i średnicę .Wśród tych włókien widoczne są pojedyńcze włókna mniejsze ale także o prawidłowej strukturze. Podział włókien na typy metaboliczne zachowany prawidłowo z dobrze zachowaną aktywnością dehydrogenaz i ATP-az niewielkie zwiększenie ilości tkanki łącznej w perimysium. Wnioski: obraz wycinka mieści się jeszcze w granicach normy.
