Abstract:

Ultrastructural analysis revealed a regular arrangement of the contractile apparatus in most of the cardio myocytes. The nuclei of cardiomyocytes were characterized by an irregular shape . In some cardio myocytes mitochondria had blurred structure. In the extracellular space abundant collagen fibers were seen. Capillary vessels characterized by electron-bright cytoplasm were formingloops
