Electron microscopy analysis of the heart biopsy

Abstract:

Heart muscle injury of unknown etiology. Ultrastructural evaluation revealed disrupture in the course of myofilaments and sarcomeres disorganization. Numerous morphologically altered mitochondria were present in the sarcoplasm.
