Abstract:

The study was carried out on the organotypic cultures derived from newborn rats cerebellum. Seven, 14 and 21 days old cultures were kept for 1 hour in a mediumcontaining 1 mM of sodium cyanide. Investigation was performed immediately after intoxication and 1, 3, 7 days afterwards.
