Abstract:

This article presents the circumstances and course of the Polish-Ukrainian economic negotiations conducted from 8 May to 2 August 1920. They ended in failure, as the Ukrainian side delayed the talks, unwilling to accede to Polish demands for economic concessions in the Kryvyi Rih Iron Ore Basin.
