Report on two cases of aortic arch syndrome, which were treated surgically with favourable result, was presented. Bridging dacron graft, reaching from the descending part of the aortic arch to the left subclavian artery was performed in the first patient. In the second patient, dacron graft reaching from the ascending part of the aortic arch to the right subclavian and right common carotid artery was implanted for the occlusion of the initial segment of the brachio-cephalic trunk. Control examination, carried out 3 monts after operation, proved full permeability of the grafts.
