Object description:

Dłutko - Płastowo pow. Kościan. Do analizy pobrano jedną próbkę: CL-135

Method of analysis:

Wstępne szlifowanie odbywało się na papierach karborundowych o ziarnistości 220, 320, 400 i 600 na mokro, następnie próbki wypolerowano w zwykły sposób na filcu za pomocą tlenku glinu. Próbki trawiono odczynnikiem składającym się z: 1 cz.25% NH3 + 1 cz.3% H202. Stosowano trawienie przez pocieranie w czasie od 3 do 15 sek.

Results:

Próbka CL - 135 - W stanie nietrawionym na powierzchni próbki nieciągłości materiału nie zaobserwowano. Bo wytrawienia stwierdzono budowę krystaliczną o dość dużym ziarnie nieco wydłużonym, z liniami poślizgów. Twardość: 183 HV 0,15. Przedmiot wykonano na drodze kucia prawdopodobnie na gorąco przy czym ostatnia operacja kucia prowadzona była przy zbyt niskiej temperaturze
