Object description:

Szpila – Strzegom pow. Świdnica. Do analizy pobrano dwie próbki: CL-1379 A i CL-1379 B

Method of analysis:

Wstępne szlifowanie odbywało się na papierach karborundowych o ziarnistości 220, 320, 400 i 600 na mokro, następnie próbki wypolerowano w zwykły sposób na filcu za pomocą tlenku glinu. Próbki trawiono odczynnikiem składającym się z: 1 cz.25% NH3 + 1 cz.3% H202. Stosowano trawienie przez pocieranie w czasie od 3 do 15 sek.

Results:

Próbka CL-1379A - W stanie nietrawionym obserwuje się dużą ilość siarczków miedzi o ułożeniu równomiernym oraz korozję rozwiniętą przy brzegu próbki. Po wytrawianiu stwierdzono budowę krystaliczną. Twardość: 150 HV0,15. Przedmiot wykonano na drodze kucia prawdopodobnie na gorąco. Próbka CL-1379B - W stanie nietrawionym obserwuje się znaczną ilość siarczków miedzi skupionych miejscami. Po wytrawieniu stwierdzono budowę dendrytyczną. Twardość: 158 HV0,15
