Abstract:

The article examines the legalisation choices of Belarusian citizens in Poland aft er 2020. It highlights the sharp increase in migration and the diversity of legal stay options, from humanitarian visas and the Poland. Business Harbour programme to permanent residence and international protection. Migration is analysed as the interplay between institutional frameworks and migrants’ strategies, based on empirical research and official data.
