Abstract:

There is presented in the paper the brachialgic syndrome in a 51years old womam, caused by the neoplasmatic metastasis to the I riggt rila. In this women 2 years before the appearance of this syndrome the cancer of the uterirc cevix was ascertained both clinically and by the bioptic examination. She was treated at that time with X-Rays and radium: a periodical gynecological examination did not show any progress of the neoplasmatic process. The authors discuss this case clinically and anatomapathologically an the background of other numerous causes of the pressure syndrome of brachial plexus and they underline the rarity of such a pathogenesis of brachialgia.
