Abstract:

Celem artykułu jest formalnoprawna klasyfikacja dokumentów ruskich związanych z nadaniami ziemskimi wielkiego księcia litewskiego z okresu od lat 80. XV do pierwszej tercji XVI w., uściślenie procedury tych nadań, dookreślenie różnic formalnych między listem-zawiadomieniem a listem-potwierdzeniem.
