Description:

Muscle segment examination in light microscopy

Abstract:

Diagnosis: Myopathy unspecified. The vast majority of the correct diameter muscle fibers are formed by bunches separated by a trace amount of connective tissue. Individual fibers with a clearly smaller diameter are not regularly scattered among normal fibers. Routine staining with HE and Gomori trichrome did not show deviations. The histochemical evaluation showed a correct division into metabolic types with normal activity dehydrogenases and ATP-az. Conclusions: the image of the collected slice is within the normal range
