Title: Majmonides o relacjach między żydami i gojami : niewykorzystana szansa

Abstract:

Halacha (halakha), prezentowany przez Talmud zespół praw (micvot, nakazów i zakazów) wyczytanych lub wydedukowanych z Pięcioksięgu Mojżesza (Tora), regulujących drobiazgowo życie i kult żydowskiego wyznawcy, w warunkach permanentnej diaspory ludu żydowskiego służył autodefinicji rozproszonej i politycznie zdominowanej, narażonej na erozję wyznaniową społeczności. W przepisach halachy pojawia się grupa praw (7 praw noachickich), które regulować miały relacje między żydami i niewiernymi w wypadku dziejowej dominacji żydów. Prawa te stały się przedmiotem żywego zainteresowania w XX w., w odrodzonym Izraelu.
