Abstract:

The paper describes decision support system (DSS) ALTERNATWE-F developed by the authors and implemented on the personal computers. The methodology of utility theory is u.red for the decision analysis. The architectw-e of the ALTERNATWE-F system is described. The system runs within FoxBase+ DBMS environment. Special featw-es of the ALTERNATWE-F system implementation are presented.
