The photo depicts a large group of children gathered outsides and posing for the camera. In the first row there is a woman sitting in a chair. She is wearing a white dress and is holding a man in a suit and glasses by his hand. The children are neatly and festively dressed. According to the photo's owner, it depicts children and teachers posing for the camera on the occasion of the beginning of the school year in the village of Redlino ; 1st September 1946, Redlino ; The photo sent to the contest named “Photography of the Polish village pre-1948” organized in 1983 by the quarterly “Fotografia” (Photography) and the weekly “Nowa Wieś” (New village). Copy of the photo kept at the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (former Institute for the History of Material Culture)
